I cannot thank Sam from Landjet Transfers enough for his amazing, professional & urgent assistance.  Our daughter’s phone was lost, we could find its location but it was 1hour 40minutes away in a neighbourhood she did not know.  I was worried about her going to attempt to collect it.  So I called Landjet Transfers. Sam answered the phone, he arranged someone to go to the precise location where the phone was, knocked on a door, retrieved the phone & then he drove it all the way to our daughter’s house.  He kept me updated during the entire 24hours & he even kindly charged the phone. Ujutro smo bukirali prijevoz do aerodroma te dobili potvrdu mailom da ce nas automobil čekati kod našeg smjestaja i dovesti do aerodroma. Mislili smo da je sve uredu i cekali smo u dogovoreni sat. Nitko nije dolazio zbog cega smo nazvali, pa su nam rekli da nema nase rezervaciju iako smo mi dobili potvrdu o rezervaciji na mail. Nakon toga kada smo opet zvali rekli su da im je pukla guma I da zbog toga ne mogu doci. Ptomijenili su vise prica. U slučaju da je I bilo tako, iako smatram da nije, trebali su nam javiti na vrijeme da se snademo za drugi prijevoz do Luton aerodroma, a ne da mi cekamo i mi njih zovemo i pitamo gdje su.. Ovo je jako neozbiljno, doveli su nas u situaciju da ćemo zakasniti zbog njihove neodgovornosti na let. Ako ne zelite riskirati preporuka je da niposto ne organizirati prijevoz preko ove firme. Excellent service from central London to Luton Airport! Booking online was easy, and communication via WhatsApp was easy with prompt responses.
